We are so excited to be moving towards normal! That said, we have learned some things over the past year and will move forward with the best of what curbside taught us!

  • Most noticeably, patients have appreciated the reduced congestion in the lobby! Over the past year, we have frequently commented on how relaxed patients seem when entering and moving throughout the clinic. We attribute much of that to reduced congestion in the lobby area. For that reason, please continue to call us when you arrive!
  • For appointments with a doctor; a team member will meet you at your car and take your pet directly into the exam room. You are welcome to come along or wait in the car! Please continue to wear your mask.
  • Patients being admitted, checked in for surgery, or here for an appointment with a technician should also call to check in and a team member will meet you at your car.
  • Please continue to call ahead for prescription and food requests. We will do our best to have them ready for you within 24 hours. Please call when you arrive and we’ll bring them to you!
  • Pre Appointment Forms: Many have taken the time to complete our electronic pre appointment forms and we will continue sending these before appointments. The clinical detail has been very helpful and we love the additional tidbits you’ve shared (“She’s our love bug,” “She likes being held like a baby,” “He love treats,” He loves his bear.”)

Please know that from the beginning it has been our goal to be part of the solution and play a positive role for the community AND ensure we are here for your pets.
