FAQs

Our hospital is open Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm. We open at 9:00 am on Wednesdays to allow time for staff development from 7:30 am to 9:00 am, ensuring our team stays current on the latest veterinary care techniques. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
For most visits, we ask that you schedule an appointment to ensure timely care. However, we understand that emergencies happen. That’s why we’ve designed our schedule to include time for urgent and emergency cases, so you can often get an appointment on the same day. If your pet needs immediate attention, we’ll do our best to help right away. We’d sincerely appreciate it if you could please call first, so we may prepare for your visit.

Our goal is to be as available and responsive as possible, so you won’t have to wait weeks for an appointment. If you have a preferred doctor, let us know when you call. Walk-ins are welcome, but scheduled appointments are prioritized to minimize wait times.

We accept all major credit cards, cash, checks, Scratch, and Care Credit.
Our medical center provides care for dogs, cats, and horses. We are also pleased to extend our services to small animals such as rabbits and guinea pigs, ensuring they receive the same high-quality care.
Each visit is tailored to the specific needs of your pet and the reason for the visit. Our goal is to keep you and your pet comfortable throughout. If your pet is nervous, please call us in advance for tips on reducing stress. Upon arrival, we’ll check you in and use specialized handling techniques to keep your pet calm. All of our professionals are Fear Free Certified, and we follow the rigorous standards of the AAHA, ensuring your pet receives the best possible care. During your visit, we’ll discuss your pet’s health thoroughly, customize treatment plans, and ensure you understand all recommendations. We’ll also follow up with a detailed email summarizing our discussion.
To prepare for your visit, ensure your pet is comfortable with transportation if necessary, and bring any medical records or information about their health history. You might also want to bring their favorite treat or toy to help them feel at ease.
