Associated Veterinary Medical Center is a privately owned, well-established mixed animal practice in Walla Walla, Washington with a dedicated, friendly, and talented staff. We are proud of our culture and commitment to doing things differently in veterinary medicine!
Our current DVM team is a team of five, all who work 3-4 days/week. We have incredibly high standards and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement. Two of our DVMs are currently completing advanced certifications; one in Animal Hospice and Palliative Care and the other as a Veterinary Pain Practitioner. Our commitment to continuous improvement is seen in our advanced diagnostic equipment, therapeutics, and progressive standards of care.
Our practice philosophy is centered around teamwork. Our DVMs work together, in one office, which cultivates an atmosphere of belonging, support, and mentorship. We have worked hard to ensure work-life balance. To that end, small animal emergencies are referred to an emergency hospital after 9pm and on the weekends.
We are proud of our AAHA certification, Fear Free Certified team members, culture and how all this translates to the excellent care we provide our patients and clients. We have recently expanded our hospital and would love to add an awesome small animal DVM to our team. Position is flexible 2-4 days/week. Interested candidates should have excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, the desire to work as part of a team, and the desire to provide excellent medical care to our patients.
